awkward layoutrepetitive breakfast
the room i booked, a double room disability access, felt smaller than i anticipated. i found the layout a bit awkward, limiting movement (especially with my luggage). also, i noticed some dust accumulating in the corners of the room. i think the housekeeping could be more thorough. the breakfast options were repetitive.

Adequate stay near Asakusa station

The location is very convenient. It is just a few minutes walk away from Asakusa station and nearby the Sensoji Temple area (i enjoyed my morning walks there). There are also a lot of eateries nearby for exploration. Facilities of the accommodation were also really new and well maintained.
The room was very small and did not have a closet for my clothes. The room cleaning was not up to par, as i had to make my bed again almost every day (this was a bit frustrating).

The hotel's location is superb as it's right across from the station. The hotel provided really good cleanliness. The staff was very kind and always ready to help with anything, even luggage forwarding.

the hotel was near many restaurants i enjoyed. supermarkets were also close. a 7-eleven was right beside the hotel, a family mart was very near.
the rooms felt old. it also had a strong strange smell. not everything was clean, specially by japanese standards.
